think i've put on another 2kg. know why? feasted at Ritz Carlton for brunch. Peiremo's lady boss's birthday was held there and it was a surprise party. the birthday song was played and we welcomed her in. she definitely was shocked yet happy to realise that her birthday was celebrated amongst so many people. after she cut the cake, the feasting began!

there was all kinds of food ranging from breakfast cereals to omelettes to shark's fin soup, salmon, oyster and even lobster! obviously i took the good food...hehe...but honestly, the lobster meat was kinda tough...wasn't fantastic considering it to be lobster meat...

here's a glimsp on what was kinda going on...

this was the overall decor...thank goodness i managed to stay calm, considering that the ballons were placed all over the food!

well, i ate so much that i felt really unconfortable (yeah i know i'm a glut). we headed off to Marina Square to watch Over the Hedge (conbination of corny and kiddy) cos we knew The Davinci Code was sold out...i really wanna catch that movie but i guess it has to wait till next week...

there was quite a lot of happening at Marina Square. Xin Hui & Kelvin (Project Superstar) were there performing...they sang a few songs and that was about it. then later they had kids dancing to the grooves of R&B and even singing!

kids nowadays...during my time, we all had stage fright! much less sing and dance in front a crowd!

i was so full i couldn't stuff myself any further. he had his whoper meal and i munched on a few crisscut fries at BK. we headed off to The Balcony for a drink or two and had a good chat...really gonna miss him when at Tekong...

Fat Saturday

went to Tanjong Pagar Park with Peiremo yesterday afternoon and had a romantic lunch : ) i brought tuna from home and he bought bread, we had tuna sandwiches at the park. sweet ; ]

after that, we walked to China Square for a cuppa. it was very nice & cosy there. good place for R&R.

we both had a coffee and shared a pear and almond tart. the tart was sweet so it goes very well with black coffee.

we met the 'kids' at Lau Pa Sat. had a few sticks of satay and chicken wings before Faizal arrived. He suggested going to Cafe Vienna for buffet dinner.

food was pretty alright. would give it 3 thumbs up for variety and taste. the boys were having a hard time keeping their voices down cos they are always so rowdy. they were whispering in low voices and even showing real good behaviour for once! haha...but as expected, they couldn't hold the 'fire' down. check this out...

maybe Osama's newphew dropped by for dinner and so did his right hand man...geez~

the 'kids' were actually tasting oysters for the first time and you should have seen how cute they were. the way the asked how it is suppose to be eaten and the way the gulped it down! haha...

they might have been noisy and all but we all had our fair share of laughter = D

geez~ i really wanna blog but thing is i got nothing to blog about!

it's like, wake up, go to work, come back, sleep and this routine goes on and on...even on weekends when i'm out with him, i dunno wat to blog about especially when we just sit down and spend time together...guess i've really lost touched with blogging ever since i've started work...

nonetheless, i look forward to every weekend spent with him : )

it has a chaotic birthday man.

well, i arrived at ard late 7pm and the food was ready. his family was ard and ya, had my manners of saying 'hi'. i obviously gorged myself in the food cos i was kinda hungry. hehe...

there were photo taking sessions but too bad i dun haf the pics with me cos they were all gross! i mean guys kissing guys and licking their lips! yucks! but hell, he didn't mind anyway = p

we sang the birthday song, cut the cake and hell we got dirty! we prepared flour and whipped cream to be thrown onto him. and the result...

Grace was a lot more worse than me man! she had flour all over! but at least she had extra clothes! this stupid Alex kept saying 'peace ah, peace...' and the next thing i knew, he smashed the chocolate cake right into my face! ARGH! i so wanted to kill him! my shirt and bottom were all slimmed with whipped cream and chocolate cake. oh i'm so gonna get him on my birthday man...

knowing that he's dirty, he kept terrorizing the clean ones...

he kept on wanting to shake hands with them! "come on la, must shake hands with birthday boy ma" that folks, was his lame excuse. well, i guess he managed to escape the dirty hand shake! the next i knew, he came walking back

if your answer to the above question is all or at least one, Sungei Buloh is a place for ya! if not, don't even go there cos there are tonnes of these creatures and blood sucking mosquitoes!

Peiremo and i decided to meet early in the morning at 9am at Kranji MRT to head off to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve. we took bus 925 and had to walk some distance in as the bus does not go all the way in. my dear boy said that according to the website, it's a 10-15min walk from the bus stop. well, it DEFINITELY wasn't a 10-15min walk. it was more like a 20-25 min walk! we had to walk all the way in to the reserve! the heat and heavy vehicles speeding pass us was enough to kill me...

after much complaining, we finally arrived at our destination.

well, the walking didn't just end here, it got worse! we walked for 2 hrs braving the heat, two-winged insects (mosquitoes) and fatigue! i'll let the pictures do the talking...

if your someone not game for long walks or insects/animals, don't come here cos you'll definitely regret man!

but to be honest, it's a very nice venue to relax and remind ourselves what nature is in our ever bustling Singapore : )

i'm so tired! roar!!! i really miss sch man where u can wake up late and skip classes...geez~

anyway, let me ask u something...have u seen someone so klutzy as to run right into a sign board? well, i'm one of them!!! ur dearest here was so busy running that i didn't even notice the sign board in front of me and i happily ran right into it. the result, a deep gash on my right arm. went to the doctor's to get it dressed.

i met melisse today for dinner and guess what we gluts ate? not Sakae but International Buffet! haha...we had abalone, salmon, fresh juicy oysters, black forest, durian puffs, ice cream and many many more! we ate so much we couldn't walk! that is why i say melisse makes me fat...hehe~

the day has finally arrived when i have started work for SAF. and i've been damn busy man! first day was slacky...not much to do but the 2nd day onwards was like flooded with work!

Wed night was fantastic! went to Zouk wif Melisse, NanXing & others.

we took off in a taxi to Dbl O first for free drinks but we only had 3 and disappeared to Zouk. when we were there, the guys got drunk and the girls had to watch out for them.

surprisingly the music at Zouk wasn't tat bad tat night. think maybe cos i was there...hehe = p

anywaysss....i slept over at Melisse's place. had like only 2 hrs of slp cos came back at 4am and woke up at 6.45am cos Melisse had to go to work. i left earlier than her cos i went to meet Peiremo at Boon Lay to send him to work (see, i'm so sweet!).

took a bus back home, did the laundry, slacked in front of my notebook watching Stargate Atlantis, had lunch and slept like a log. apparently my mom's fren rang the doorbell a couple of times but the dead-like-a-log me didn't hear it at all.

basically, i was tired so the whole day was spent either lazing in bed or in front of the tv/notebook.

but...i did go and collect a tv from my neightbour. she said her fren doesn't need it anymore but it is still in good working condition. so my mom & i went to collect the tv from her place. being such nice people, we definitely would have nice neighbours. one of our neighbours carried the tv right into our house! so nice of him : )

oh well, at least my mom & i need not do the carrying else we might drop it cos she keeps making me laugh = D

i'm just kidding...we went to Ritz Carlton for lunch cos his boss's daughter birthday was celebrated at the ballroom (yes if you are wondering, they are freaking rich!). we therefore stuffed ourselves cos we firstly wanted to eat every bit that our present cost, and we knew we poor shags can't afford to eat there in another 2 years or so. maybe just the scraps. hehe... ; p

in the evening, we headed off to J8 to catch the Liverpool vs Everton match. we had to sit on the floor cos there were no chairs but hey, it wasn't that bad as we were not only entertained by Power Cruising DJs, the crowd rather was happening and we received free gifts too! (hehe...i know i'm a cheapo and i admit it)

yes, this is a picture of me stuffing myself with a bento...i dun believe i ate so much today! i'm turning into a glut...damn it...

i sabotaged Zun to participate in one of the games. he didn't had to do much but just header a ball to another person and that person headers the ball back to the DJ. he got $60 worth of Bata vouchers! damn! can buy a pair of Adidas by just topping up another $30!

when the game begun, the yelling commenced. the first half was ok. stupid everton player header the ball in for Liverpool! dumbass...anyway, in the 47th minute, Luis scored a goal and Kewell scored another in the 84th minute...all in all, 3 is to 1! wippie! Cahill scored a goal for Everton in the second half but who cares! we obviously yelled a lot when Liverpool scored and when Everton's players received a red/yellow card. it was fun all in all : )

i accompanied granny to Mount Alvernia Hospital today to remover her stitches on her knee cap down to her lower limb. she went through an operation 2 weeks ago for varicose veins.

just in case you do not know what is varicose veins, they are enlarged veins that can be flesh colored, dark purple or blue. they often look like cords and appear twisted and bulging. they are swollen and raised above the surface of the skin. they can be treated either through sclerotherapy, normal surgery or even laser, provided your condition isn't that complexed.

in the case of my granny, she had to go through normal surgery as her veins were all knotted in a 'ball'. it is that bad if you ask me...well, this surgery has eased or more like remove the pain totally from her right leg and she can sit, squat and stand without difficulties.

i was out at the back yard helping to fold the dry clothes when my neighbour came out to do the same. she made a comment: "how fast time flies isn't it? when Avril was small, she used to take the brolly with her and follow behind you as you keep the clothes!"
my granny replied: "yes, we even laughed at her! indeed she has grown. she is even a head taller than me now!"
and the both of them laughed and went on and on about me on the things i did when i was young. sometimes, i find it funny too. i loved to take the brolly and sit at the back yard in a corner when it is rainning. i'd pretend i was in a tent and protecting myself from the rain. just blogging about this made me pause and smile. no doubt i may have been a lonely kid (being the only child), i loved the games i played on my own.

there are many other things that i've done that are equally amusing. i just love the times i spent with granny : )

guess what Melisse and i ate yesterday?

u guessed it right man...Sakae Sushi! haha...we are forever eating the same thing man! anyways, after stuffing ourselves, we went pressie hunting! needed to buy a present for a 9 yr old girl and we got just the right thing. educational historical VCDs : ) thing is, no doubt it says it's for kids age 7 to 11, it says it is gross and gory! geez! i wouldn't wanna imagine but hell, it's meant for the birthday girl not me!

Peiremo suggested we make copies of the VCDs. well, i definitely won't as it is 'gross, gory & educational' i wonder if the distributers are aware that the sales line ain't that tacky...

i discovered a book that has a corny title...'What to Expect When You Are Expecting'. weird man! of cos pain, mood swings, maybe even depression & obviously a baby! mysterious~

what a Sunday!

wippie! i didn't work this Sunday! hehe...

my usual Sunday always starts out with church service at 9.45am. being in the choir means i gotta reach there by 9.20am. as usual, the vainning at home caused me to be late = p

Gen, Carol & i had to stay back after church for meeting with Aunt Rosa on the planning of hymns for the 2 weeks after. but Sarah, Dom, Steph, Yvonne, Julia & General stayed back too so we had more company : ) no doubt we were singing away more than planning, we still got the job done.

met Peiremo at Harbour Front in the late noon to head down to Sentosa for a picnic. we had sandwiches, twisties, cookies & curry puffs! we were there till like 7ish then we headed off for dinner. u wouldn't wanna imagine the amount of people that we heading home at that time too. they were like in herds!!! huge ones too!!!

in between when we were at, and about to leave Sentosa, the siren of the ambulance seemed to follow us. not once, but twice! looks like people ain't feeling too well...didn't know what really happened the first time the ambulance came but we saw an middle aged indian lady lying on one of the benches at the Visitor Departure Centre on the second. most likely she fainted, due to what, i have no clue cos i didn't get the chance to question her. hehe...

well, that's all for my 'drama-mama-san diwara' Sunday : )

haha! Melisse as usual said she will go on a diet, but i've been hearing that phrase for like 3 yrs! and whenever we head out, we always get ourselves stuffed! what a contridictory statement towards her actions...haha...i'm no better la = p

as usual, our Ms Ong had her cravings for Gelare. lucky both of us couldn't eat anymore. otherwise, the amount of calories we would have piled up tonight would be monsterous!

we took a walk down to far East and after much consideration, i bought a pair of boots. i had to think so much on buying it cos i was wondering if i would wear them often. Melisse liked it too so i told her why not she take them home and she wear them since i believe she would do so more often than i. she felt bad so she brough up the idea of spiltting the cost of the boots. she kept saying i was very generous, i paid for it than ask her bring home to wear. haha...since we both like the same thing, share la! *winks*

to our horror on our way back, Melisse texted me to tell me that the stupid sales AUNTIE (i stress the word AUNTIE) gave us the wrong size! we wanted size 38 but she gave us 39! so dumb! now Melisse has to go back tml to change the size...if we had known, we would have checked the size of the boots before leaving the store...

IT Show

the IT Show at Suntec can only be described as CHAOTIC!!! it's like the WHOLE S'PORE is there! not only were there major road jams but 'human jam' too! u would see people flooded everywhere! in exhibition halls (duh~), escalators & even the washrooms.

well, urs dearly worked on the weekend for the IT Show and i tell u, my feet is killing me. i had to stand for like 10 hrs through (no sitting or resting mind u). even our meal times is like haywire. we haf our so called 'lunch-cum-dinner' at 5.30pm. we dun leave the place till like 10.15pm earliest cos we gotta go thru debriefs and stuff. u might think i've made it big this time at the IT Show but i tell u, i've not. there are 40 blinking promoters at the booth so tell me how to get sales! of cos, there is plenty of bitching going ard. the pretty ones with make-up always try to snatch customers from us. this bitch did it 3 times and i felt like slapping her with a large trout! anyway, since she likes to flirt ard to get sales, i might as well suggest to the supervisor that she do her sales in a bikini!

well, the IT Show sure didn't pay off cos after all that standing and talking, i'm only bringing home peanuts...

hehe...recently i have been cooking quite a bit! i cooked dinner last night cos mom & Seanne weren't feeling well so i volunteered to do so. as u can see, it's a simple fare. nothing too difficult.
let me now introduce the dishes : )

onion omelette. kinda burnt though cos the fire was too high and i wasn't fast enough to flip it over.

stir fried pork with green apple. i know the gravy looks kinda gooey tats because of the corn starch. corn starch makes the meat softer thus it is a must when cooking this dish or any other dishes.

if u hate/dislike broccoli, i tink this dish is not for u...hehe...it's flooded with broccolis, carrots, button mushrooms & prawns. since i love veggies, i gobbled down the most of this dish! = D

Bringing down the house

FAT!

oh gosh...i know this is the time of Lent but here i am gorging myself with food! i had Sushi Tei last night and now i had seafood!
Aunt Sally wanted to give me a treat on completing my finals so we headed off to Seafood No SignBoard Restaurant. i know the restaurant's name sounds weird but hey, they were fully booked! in fact, according to Aunt Sally, if u don't make a reservation, u won't get a table! what a contridiction to its name!
anyway, granny, aunties & i stuffed ourselves with White Pepper Crab, Homemade Beancurd, Mix Vegetables, Steamed Garrupa & Seafood Yam Roll. Sounds little but it was a whole lot of it man! *phew* thank goodness my jeans didn't burst...(and yes i know i am a glut = p)
and i officially need to go on a DIET cos this 2 days of feasting has made me FAT!

if u have read the Straits Times today, u would have seen this case of an insane, sick, perverted & sadistic man torture a month and a half yr old kitten! i mean, how sick can it get?! he rubbed her eyes till it bled and protruded!!! she had to be put down because of her serious injuries. i wish that man had more than just 3 mths of jail term. he should be jailed for a MIN of 2 yrs, fined $50,000 AND given 6 strokes of the cane. alternatively, be tortured the same way the kitten was. i HATE people who are so sick! the kitten is innocent! go vent ur bloody anger some where else...

what's happening to the world? first it was the KTV bose killing, then little Noinoi and now, i think someone died again! i wasn't very sure of what i heard (cos it was on the 10pm mandarin news and u know my mandarin ain't the best) but i think i heard someone killing someone over a handphone? if what i heard was correct, WHAT THE F*** IS WORNG WITH U PEOPLE?! u mean now u kill each other over a blinking communicative device?! GEEZ!~
i hope when i find out tml, this isn't as bad as what i think. i really hope people will get more EDUCATED AND CIVILIZED and not turn to such abusive solutions.

lets see...we had a hell a lot to eat! hehe...we went to Sushi Tei, Holland Village to stuff ourselves cos we wanted to celebrate Seanne's birthday.
we started of with Sashimi Salad and headed off with Tempura. After which we had Age dashi Tofu and Ebi mentai. we also had Golden Roll, Una Don & California Roll but we gluts ate it up before i could take a snap! haha...
after stuffing ourselves, we had Tai Yaki Ice Cream. a fishy like batter wif red bean ice cream. looks normaly but it's heaven to me! (i'm easy to please right? hehe...)

we were full to the brim so we decided to take a drive to Carrefour at Suntec to walk it off a bit. after which we headed down to Scruffy Murphy's Cafe & Pub for a drink. Seanne & i had a glass of Kilkenny and mom had her cuppachino. we sat there for a while till we finished our drinks.

as i wanted to buy my shampoo and foam bath, we headed off to Mustafa. u'll be surprised tat there are so many people even on a monday!

well, the minute i reached home, i took a shower and dived into bed only to wake up now to blog what happened last nite : )

i have finally completed 3 yrs of poly education : )

i dunno if tats a gd thing or a bad thing but i kinda still prefer sch life. i'm gonna miss the fun wif my classmates and of cos them too!

but i can't feel any happier cos the exams tat i've been whinning and dreading are finally over!

i now haf a new pet. which apparently is melisse's 'bestest fren' = ) a KITTY CAT!
she's the cutest kitty cat i've ever met.
i got to know abt her existence when Angel (my dog) smelt her out in the drain. best thing is, she didn't even react to Angel! i mean, she wasn't defensive nor scared (yes i know my dog is puny size). she allowed Angel to smell her and even kinda 'harass' her. i've never seen a cat get along so well with a dog that she is unfamiliar with.
i feed her dinner every night and whenever i am nearing her 'hide-out', i call out "meow meow" and she responds! when i repeat it again, she does the same too! she would then approach me and rub against my feet. she even licks my feet and brushes her head on them too.

i accompanied Melisse to cut her hair at Tiong Bahru Kimage after the extremely boring AFA tutorial. well, Melisse more or less trimmed a bit more of her fringe, causing her to look slightly baby doll! kinda nice thou but guess she ain't used to it so she kept saying she feels weird. but honestly, it's like her old hair style, juz tat her fringe now is thicker.
we walked ard Tiong Bahru Plaza for a while before heading back. i alighted at Clementi cos i wanted to take 165 back. Melisse was supposed to alight at Jurong East (which is 1 stop away from Clementi) but headed all the way to Chinese Gardens! GEEZ!~ she said she was looking at her hair till she forgot to alight! honestly, if it was me, think the same thing would haf happened! hehehe...
anyway, i went to the stand to wait for the bus. a lady then came by with a blind man and told him that this is the stand to wait for 165. the man then held my hand and said "pls tell me when the bus arrives. God bless u". i felt a rush of sympathy cos he was blind. i nonetheless helped me up the bus and sat with him. to my surprise, he's a Catholic and he attends our church! small world huh? we went on and on abt church and he said he'll attend Feast Day mass tml at our church! he even told me he liked Carol's voice cos it sounds very classical : )
we alighted at MacRitche where i wanted to help him with a cab. but there were none ard so we decided to wait for the bus instead. once he got up the bus safely, i headed hm.
there is something i wanna say and that is, God made us perfectly physically mobile. i tink we should or must learn to treasure them...

Let’s see, how my Hari Raya was spent…well, I painted my room! Well, with exception to my so-very-disorganized bed & table, the color of my room looks pretty! It’s a mixture of rose white and purplish-red. Took me like 2 days to complete the painting cos I needed to white-wash my room 1st, then paint the rose white color and the purplish-red last. But the result is pleasing : )

we wanted to go to Joo Chiat to makan chicken rice but it was like 9ish, 10pm. Tink the chicken rice stall uncle is already at home shaking leg. So we went to another side and ordered fried carrot cake, fried hokkien mee & char kway teow! All damn fattening! After which, Gab said that there is tis live band pub (Chevy 57) which plays pretty well so we went to take a look. Muz say the band is not bad. Played songs from the 60s and 70s so the crowd of cos are oldies but hell, liked the cozy feeling.
Left ard 10.50pm cos Gab had to send General & me home. I really had fun man! Best public holiday ever spent with frens = )

ok, 1st day of sch was HORRIBLE! i literally had to drag my heavy ass out of bed to the shower and head for sch. i mean...I WANT MORE REST! sheesh~ but anyway, i did go to sch.
went for CSP lecture which was like "huh?" cos we has to sit according to our CSP tutorial class and all. had 15 mins of basics for the module and yup, off to IAP.
went for class, got our sucky result (pls dun ask me what i got) and instructions on how to go abt tis sem for our project and i tell u, it might (i stress on the might) look easy but the thinking part, i dun like. gotta think so much juz to get 1 freaking ans! geez~ i dunno if my IQ level will fall at the end of 8 weeks cos i'll be using alot of my brain cells for this stupid elective...

recap of today's events...
got a wake up call at 7.54am from Helmy and then my alarm rang at 8am. still felt sleepy so slacked in bed till 8.15am. got my heavy ass off the bed, grab clothes from closet and rushed to the bathroom. came out of bathroom at 8.40am and realised i was surely going to be late. started to pack my bag and do my hair. Melisse called at 9am saying she juz woke up! haha...anyway we decided to meet at Dover at 10am. i left the house at 9.15am and headed off to catch 165. bus came, boarded and dropped off at Holland V. i thought i was going to be late so took a cab from Holland V down to sch. reached at 10am exactly but Melisse arrived at 10.20am!
by the time we reached the basic music thoery class, we were 30mins late! lucky we were not told off by the person-in-charge. as usual, we talked throughout the class! then again we were not scolded.
after the so-boring-i'm-only-there-for-the-cca-points class, we headed off to Marina Square to eat Genki Sushi. walked ard for a while and Melisse bought a purple top. went to Fave Nails to do the $11 parafin wax on our feet. it was ticklish when she started scrubbing the soles of our feet and then our feets were soaked in wax which was rather hot. i couldn't tell the difference before and after the wax but hell, it's only $11...after which we headed home cos we have got to go to sch tml at 9am! argh!

i really love my weekend! the Taka anniversary fashion week was superb. no doubt the job was tough as in like having to return the borrowed shoes, steam the clothes, bring the so-damn-heavy-and-many clothes rack down, make sure the models clothes are in place, dress up the models, making sure they are prepared and pretty for the catwalk and after that clear up the clothes, shoes and bring them up to the store! it sounds easy but ur soles will hurt like crazy and so does ur ankles! apart from the pain, i really had fun man.
i love all the female models especially Lorainne. Ruby, Tanja, Antonette and Delia were very nice people too! but i didn't like Andrea cos she was so stuck up...whatever~ lucky i only had to face her for 1 show.
Francis, Juan & Florin are crazy boys! they are the entertainment during breaks man! they crap ard and make the show so enjoyable! love those guys man. then again, there were stuck up male models too but i was not in charge of them...hehe~
i love the kids too! they are so cute and so pretty! i dealt with the boys and i tell you, Sanjay, Will & Thomas are extremely hugable! u juz wanna bring them home! haha~
i might be doing fashion week again but not at Taka...tink it's at Raffles, but not confirmed. I CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN! : )

*takes in a deep breath* i can now finally blog about what have been happening these pass few days.
Stephen had 4 off days last week so i spent most of my time with him. went out on Sat to catch Wedding Crashers. i would say it's a kinky romantic comedy? it's very heart warming towards the end but wild at the beginning *winks*
met Stephen again on Sun after church and watched The Island. must say the story line is kinda interesting and thrilling. but i somehow did some reflection and thought to myself what would happen if that really took place in the future? it juz sends cold chills down my spine and goosebumps all over! after the show, i headed to gran's for a family celebration with my uncle, aunts & my naughty cousins. the steamboat was wonderful & so was the company.
monday was a sit home dinner cum cut cake at home celebration. mom cooked my favourite food and we dined in at home. nothing tastes as gd as home cooked food : )
tuesday, Stephen celebrated my birthday for me. i really had a gd time. we watched Charlie & the chocolate factory. muz say it is rather cute & funny but duh~ at some parts. hehe~ we went shopping and had italian food for dinner. i juz wished that the day wouldn't have ended tat quickly.
audit has juz ended but CF is on its way & many more to come! i hate the CAs...

for the 1st time in history, i was so late in meeting my classmates to buy the food for the bbq. suppose to meet at 1.15pm at Queenstown MRT but i arrived at 1.40pm! oops! sorry guys...i know u had to wait for a long time. needed to bath my dog & mop the floor u c...hehe...

we went food hunting & guess wat? we couldn't find the place. Stephen told me this morning it is towards the right side of the opposite side of Queensway Shopping Mall. but the blurry us juz couldn't find it. ended up asking some coffeeshop aunty who told us it is only open at night and is at the coffee shop. so we took a walk at Queensway Shopping Mall to kill time. to add on, the rain started pouring. ard 8ish the rain subsided so we continued the hunt. asked another aunty & she told us the same thing. know wat? both coffee shop aunties were directing us to the cook food hawker centre tat sold bbq seafood...shit~ decided to call Stephen & he told us that it is near some old shop that sells styrofoam plates. we found it & like wat my baby said, it was closed. so now Adrian & gang have decided to go in the afternoon to buy the food.
i muz say i have failed in directing people...haha...oh well, but we still found the place wat! = D

ahh...lets c...here i am sitting in front of my Toshiba blogging. I juz completed my IAP Presentation slides not too long ago. kinda jittery abt tml cos the bloody presentation is like 70% of the damn assignment...i hope i dun screw up...
yesterday's dinner was splendid! even thou most of the dishes that my aunt ordered were vegs, nonetheless they tasted real gd. i guess it is also with the company of my family : ) we had so much to eat till we had to pack back the claypot beancurd cos we couldn't stuff ourselves any further! and after all tat we ate, it only costed $20 per person! a little pricy but the food n service was gd.
today being a Sunday, went off to church for mass as usual. i actually forgot tat Sister was going to give her sharing. but i muz say, this session wasn't as bad as i expected it to be. kinda short, sweet & meaningful. after choir prac i went home, took a shower n napped. i guess i was so tired tat even when my alarm went off at 6pm, i continue to slp till 7.30pm! tat was because my mom's sms woke me. if not, i tink i'll still be sleeping like a log! i guess the exams & projects are kinda tiring me out tats y my body needed alot more rest than expected.
well, as for tml, i pray to God tat he'll be wif me...juz hope i dun speak too fast like a bullet train & miss out points...

hmmm...my new manager is not bad. he looked kinda strict and all at first but after working with him for 2 days, he is very nice and responsible on the job. a very good example that i must learn from.

hmmm...been some time since i last updated my blog so here goes.
actually for this week, virtually everyday i've been mugging or if not doing my projects. no life man. i should change my blog title to "my lifeless book"...
i've got FF tml & Cost on Thurs. done studying wif Cost but not yet for FF. going to do just tat today.
i've become so boring to the extent i've got nothing to say on my blog. i wan holidays man! can't wait for the chalet Jeff organised on the 4, 5, 6th of March...at least i get to relax & play a bit = p

hello hello hello! i'm back after like for so long! first it was being busy before new yr & then i shifted back to my mom's (which means no internet access!!!). that was y only till now am i updating my blog.

hey guys! as promised, i shall update u abt our 1mth anniversary celebration...
Stephen came to pick me up after sch which was 5pm and we headed down to 'somewhere' which is Raffles City. popped by to say hi to Si Xian at Mrs Fields & then headed to Cafe Cartel for dinner. Stephen paid for dinner & i accidently gave him a discount coupon for NYDC instead! so embarressing...damn~ anyway, we headed off to Esplanade & the Merlion to take pics. as we were abt to leave the Merlion, we suddenly wanted to get a coffee shake @ Mos but there wasn't one in sight! so we went back to the bike & headed to Bugis & guess what...no coffee shake...stupid uncle was probaby too lazy to make us one.
anyway, after tat, we headed off to ChinaTown to walk ard & have a look on what was on sale. wasn't that packed & the stuff on sale ain't that fantastic...as usual it was new year goodies & all. went back after that & ta-da~ that was how we spent our 1mth anniversary! = D it was juz a simple outing but i really treasured the time we spent that night : )

hey dudes...HAPPY 2005!!! ; D hope all of u had a wonderful countdown...
hmmm...how did i spend my new yr eve? was in sch from 9am to 12pm and then went to Stephen's work place to meet him & went over to his place for a nap & chill...met Suqing, Romeo, Ah Jeff & Suqing's 2 other frens to watch Meet the Fockers at PS. saw Prissie there too with a cute guy...mus be boyfriend *winks*
the show was damn corny man! a gd show for those who need a gd old laugh & imagine how ur in-laws will be??? hmmm... = p
the show ended at ard 2+am and then we all headed hm. all of us walked to Peace Centre to call a cab cos the queues everywhere were so long! and u noe wat? cab fare was like$30+ after Stephen sent me back! siao man! freaking expensive! i tink the cabbie muz be smiling from ear to ear...oh well...i really did enjoy myself with my friends, best friend & boyfriend : )

hey guys! firstly, i wanna wish all of u who r reading my blog a merry christmas! i really had a good christmas wif my church frens & not forgetting wif stephen : )
went to church on christmas eve for christams cantata and mass which ended ard 10ish. then headed off to maryanne & gabriel's place for dinner. went back ard 12ish cos i gotta cantor the next morning for christmas mass. after which, we headed off to my mom's place for a quick & simple lunch. made the springrolls wif 'christine', sam & jamie which no doubtedly we screwed up! hahaha...!
on Sun, stephen & i headed to sam's place for christmas dinner which i tot it was her b'day! gosh! so damn embarassing! but anyway, we had dinner there, played a little wacko & i headed home cos haf sch the next day.
nonetheless, i really enjoyed christmas man..it was real fun... = )
apart from all this happiness over christmas, i would like all of u including myself to pray for those who died in the earthquake. alot of people haf died & homes destroyed. i hope God will take those who haf died into His kingdom & comfort those families...

we went shopping in the afternoon and headed off to Cineleisure to catch National Treasure. time seemed to pass so quickly tat day...
we for caroling at the Villa FrancisHome for the Aged at Mandai on Sun and the elderly were so happy! especially 2 ladies who followed us to every level to hear us sing...i'm really happy i went cos to noe tat we brought joy to them was something tat realli warmed my heart. i believe some or even most of them dun haf visitors, tats y they r so happy when we went there...i realli hope to bring more joy to them : )
after tat, went for a BBQ wif Stephen and we kinda bummed ard but we still had fun. left early thou cos i had sch at 9am tis morning...if not, i'd had stayed longer! =D

hey pepz, i pierced my ears today! haha...i was accompanying melisse at tiong bharu plaza when there was a sudden rush of 'i wanna pierce my ears' feeling in me! and so i did! i had my left ear peirced and pierced my right ear wif another 2...damn freaking painful...*ouch* but oh well, i finally got them done! and tml, i'm gonna reborn my hair! wohoo~! happening sia!
